Mearns & Company has been awarded Investors in People Platinum accreditation for our commitment to staff development, customer service and continuous improvement.
We are the second financial services firm in Scotland to be awarded Investors in People Platinum accreditation and the fourth across the UK.
We were awarded the accreditation for our commitment to staff development, and a company culture that empowers our employees and fosters a ‘client comes first’ ethos. We also have an innovative continuous improvement and performance management strategy, where corporate objectives are linked directly to each individual.
The Platinum Accreditation is the highest accolade that can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard and is currently held by only 1% of IIP accredited organisations.
This award adds to our other accolades, including the Gold Standard for Independent Financial Advice, which we have been awarded eight times since 2009, Investors in People Gold accreditation achieved in 2014, and Investors in Young People Silver accreditation in 2015.
