We love learning at Mearns & Company and we encourage all of our team to learn and develop. Everyone in our company has an annual training budget. We offer support to enable our team to study for and sit Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications. We also encourage our team to progress their careers within the company, providing progression opportunities and recruiting internally where we can.
We believe that a good work/life balance is crucial, and we encourage our team to make healthy choices by providing fresh fruit in the office, on-site yoga and access to a Cycle to Work scheme.
