At Mearns & Company, we offer tailored employee benefits consultancy and administration services designed to support your business and your people. Our fees reflect the depth of our expertise, the quality of our service, and the flexibility to meet your specific needs.

Initial Consultation

We begin with a no-obligation meeting to understand your business, your current benefits provision, and your objectives. This allows us to recommend a service package that suits your organisation.

Annual Service Packages

Our annual fees for ongoing broker support are tailored to each client and calculated based on several key factors, including:

  • The number of employees covered
  • The scope and complexity of services required
  • The level of platform administration and consultancy support

Where possible, we will offset fees with commission payments from providers. This will be discussed and agreed with you in advance. Where our fees are not completely covered by commission, fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually by direct debit or bank transfer.

We believe in transparent pricing and will provide a clear proposal outlining your bespoke fee following an initial consultation.

Each service is priced based on scope, frequency, and complexity. We will always provide a clear proposal outlining recommended services and associated fees before implementation.
